简历:

王若愚,中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院研究员、博士生导师,中科院西北院“西部突出贡献人才”计划三级。1994-1998年在兰州大学医学院药学系本科学习;1998-2002年在卫生部兰州生物制品研究所任研究实习员;2002-2005年在兰州大学生命科学学院攻读硕士学位;2005-2008年在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所从事植物病毒研究,获得理学博士学位;200610月至20103月获得日本政府文部科学省奖学金(国费),赴日本国立金沢大学(Kanazawa University)医学系研究科微生物专业学习,开展产气荚膜杆菌毒素分子调控研究,获得医学哲学博士学位。20104月至201112月在美国纽约州卫生部Wadsworth中心从事结核分枝杆菌耐低氧机制研究。201111月入选中国科学院“海外人才引进计划”,担任研究员,博士生导师。20176月获得中国科学院“海外人才引进计划”优秀。担任民革中科院兰州分院支部主委,民革甘肃省 “三农”委员会副主任,甘肃欧美同学会生物医药专业委员会副会长兼秘书长。

研究领域:

生态学

1)微生物-植物相互作用的分子机制

全球及我国粮食安全问题背景下,利用微生物提高作物抗旱、抗盐碱、抗病等能力,并提高作物产量及质量,具有重大的理论和现实重要性。本课题组建立以解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens)等植物根际促进生长细菌(Plant Growth Promoting RhizobacteriaPGPR)为模式菌的微生物-植物相互作用研究体系,针对微生物诱导的植物促进生长、抗逆和抗病等效应开展研究,为综合利用微生物提高粮食产量和质量提供理论依据和技术手段。

2)中药材等作物土传微生物病害生物防治、连作障碍机制及治理

针对甘肃道地中药材(当归、黄芪、党参和枸杞等)及经济作物(百合等)典型土传微生物病害进行分离、鉴定和病理学和生物防治技术研究开发;开展道地中药材等作物土壤连作障碍机制及治理方法研究;为甘肃及周边省份中药材种植及产业发展提供技术支撑。

3)农业微生物制剂的开发与应用

基于本研究所区域优势,从冰川、冻土、沙漠和西北地区农田等环境样品中分离植物根际益生菌,通过筛选、鉴定、实验室试验和大田试验的系统测试,找到具有安全优异植物生长促进或病害防治功能的微生物菌种,建立规模生产技术工艺,形成农业微生物制剂并推广使用。
