张明义,男,博士,中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所研究员,博士生导师。1999年在兰州大学获学士学位;2007年在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所获博士学位;2010年-2013年在美国普渡大学开展合作研究。
