简历:

刘新平,1978年出生于甘肃安西,生态学博士,研究员,博士生导师,内蒙古奈曼农田生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站副站长。主要从事半干旱区生态水文学与恢复生态学研究。主持和完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题、中科院科技扶贫项目、内蒙古科技重大专项课题等10余项。研究了半干旱沙地固沙植物水利用效率及其环境适应,明确了固沙植被稳定维持对水环境变化的响应策略,揭示了降水-地表水-土壤水-地下水循环与转化过程及机理。已发表学术论文90余篇,其中SCI收录29篇,主编专著1部,参编4部,授权国家专利15项。获甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项、中国科学院科技促进发展奖1项。
