简历:

 秦甲,男,汉族,博士,陕西咸阳人。2007年毕业于青岛大学环境工程系,获工学学士学位,2013年毕业于中国科学院大学,获理学博士学位,2017/12-2018/12,美国阿拉斯加大学国际北极研究中心访问学者。目前负责祁连山疏勒河上游寒区水文气象半定位观测站的管理工作。研究方向为寒区流域水文过程及变化机理,近年在冻土区降雨产汇流过程、高寒景观要素调节径流作用、冰冻圈水文过程模拟等方面开展了具体研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划子课题、省级自然科学基金、院级青年人才基金等多项课题,已在国内外期刊发表学术论文30余篇。
