王旭洋,男,(1990--),甘肃秦安人,中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院副研究员,主要从事区域尺度恢复生态学方面的研究,主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目10余项,目前以第一作者在Geoderma、CATENA等Top期刊发表多篇学术论文,曾获得中国科学院院长优秀奖、中国科学院大学优秀毕业生等。
